To celebrate the end of our college careers, LSU senior graphic design students typically host a special exhibition in a gallery space where we reveal the our semester-long thesis projects to the Baton Rouge community. Due to the current global pandemic caused by COVID-19, our exhibition didn’t quite go according to plan, but our class was still passionate about getting our projects out into the world. Thanks to our fundraising efforts from MidCity Makers Market, we were able to put up our exhibition on a website that I built with the help of my peers. The website is www.interfacelsu.com, and includes a home page with animation, animated logo, exhibition navigation page, and individual project pages. The social media committee created a photography treatment design that was used on all of the v in accordance with design made by the branding committee. Each project page features this photography, a project description, links to portfolio pages / external sources, and a fun-fact about each designer.
